This Privacy Policy describes how Bullingo ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you join our waitlist at bullingo.app.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, preferred platform (iOS or Android), and how you heard about us. We also store your IP address to prevent abuse.
Analytics
We collect anonymous usage data to understand how visitors interact with our site. This includes the page visited, device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop), approximate country and city, and referring source. Your IP address is used only transiently to determine location and is never stored. We do not use cookies for analytics — session identifiers are kept in your browser's session storage and are automatically deleted when you close the tab. No personally identifiable information is linked to this data.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to manage the Bullingo waitlist, send you product updates and early access communications you opted into, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Functional browser storage (session storage) is used only to avoid counting the same page visit twice within a single browsing session. No consent banner is required because no persistent cookies or cross-site trackers are set.
Email communications
By joining the waitlist you consent to receive product updates and early access emails from Bullingo. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
Data retention
Waitlist data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or until you request deletion. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. To request deletion of your personal data email us at hello@bullingo.app.
Your rights
